In 2008 I co-founded a psychology practice in Amsterdam together with a psychiatrist and another therapist, combining Western therapy with Eastern healing techniques for people who were dealing with mental issues. Through the combination of Regular therapy, breathwork, meditation, and EMDR  (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) I have been guiding people to heal from depression, traumas, and fear disorders for more than 10 years. I’m also formally trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture), Tantra, and Chakra Yoga.

For the past several years my home base became Koh Phangan, Thailand. I have been offering online therapy coaching, workshop around love & intimacy, and facilitating Rebirthing breathwork training in Thailand and around the world.

In the training and retreats, I work intuitively and use my background in clinical psychology to create a safe space for healing and transformation.

My name is Patricia and I’m a sensitive and intuitive energy healer. With more than 5 years of experience, I have been working with bioenergetics and active meditation as powerful trauma and emotional releasing tools.

Amazed with the potential of Rebirthing breathwork as a complete healing technique, considering the integration aspect, I have been exploring this practice, holding spaces for groups and private sessions. I bring elements from Reiki, bioenergetics, and meditation to support during the journeys and create a special field where trust and relaxation make possible a deep process of inner self-connection.
