Rebirthing Facilitator Training

Course Overview

The complete Rebirthing facilitator training consists of 2 levels:

In Level 1 you will go on a deep self-healing journey, renewing your connection to your body, mind, and spirit with the thread of your breath. This experience draws from a unique combination of Rebirthing with psychological tools, a non-dogmatic approach to the Chakra system, and other profound breathwork methods. As a result of this course, you will have an extraordinary self-healing tool, enabling positive shifts in your physical health and in your relationship with yourself and others.

In Level 2 you will learn how to transfer your practitioner skills to the role of facilitator and support others in their Rebirthing process. The training will help you build trust with clients and learn the most effective tools to share on their journey back to wholeness. Through the combination of breathwork and psychology, you will create a solid framework for holding space. When trauma arises you will know how to work with verbal, touch, and energetic support to maintain a safe container.
